A very basic question - but have they double checked that the software matches your VIN?

Now now... Don't get too bent out of shape, this is nothing in the grand scheme of things. They will work through it, and your patience will be rewarded. At least you have a free loaner in the interim, probably the shittiest little loaner on the lot, but a loaner nonetheless.

Local dealer wants >$500 for the install. I apolise for not having the exact price. My mind went elsewhere when I heard five hundred and missed the rest of the conversation.
No thanks,

Welcome to the wonderful world of technology my friend. That damn computer is going to put a big smile on your face when you get it back from the dealer.

After about a month of driving with MPPK, the best way to describe it for me would be to compare the car to an F30 328i. Much easier on the up and go and pushes harder. Fuel consumption is the same, if you can stay off the gas

I've had MPPK installed for about 3 weeks now - butt dyno says it did as advertised, 10% more hp/torque. I expected it to be louder, but I guess the stock muffler silences very well. Anyone else only do MPPK without MPE?

Mentioned in the other thread that I couldn't hear the burble sound, but I think I captured it on video as you can hear starting at 1:10 to 1:16 after I rev'ed the engine a bit. Note: I put the driving mode on sport when I did the revs.

For reference and comparison, here is my other video of just stock Msport exhaust couple weeks after I took delivery.

I think I have permanent goosebumps Kzang !!

I have the same setup mppk with mpe and it's way quieter than expected. Those videos are in the best acoustic situations imo. Thoughts on removing the bend before the mpe clamp point?

Does 35i have secondary cats? I know from experience that deleting them will make exhaust louder for those who wants it just a bit more loud

Anyone got a video of just the mpe without the mppk? I think the mppk is overrated.

Also anyone got a vid of the mpe with the rcu or jb4?

I could be wrong but MPPK tune adds a more pronounced burble to the MPE.

Wonder if rcu or jb4 will do the same without the mppk. Its kinda nonsense to pay 1k+ for something that has more gains for half the price.

Been awhile since this topic has been active but we passed the break-in mileage some time ago and have some exciting handling under the belt.

The Sierra foothills provide a very interesting variety of road conditions. The temps have cooled down some, the sun is bright, the traffic light, the visibility is excellent - time to push it. Our MPPK coupled with the DHP =

All the practical real road power and handling required was available - could not be happier.

0-60, not relevant for me. Bragging rights - no interest.

However , where it really counts on the road - the handling / composure / acceleration / shifting / are all there. Most impressive for a vehicle of this size and weight.

Hi guys. New on the F15 forum and you guys sold me on the MPPK upgrade. I was just wondering if the the price seems average and/or decent. The Park Ave BMW in Rochelle Park, NJ. has the upgrade for $1305 installed on their website and I was wondering is this a good or bad price? Thanks in advance.
