Feedback needed on 2016 Lease offer
Hi Guys,
I need your feedback on a lease quote I have received for a 2016 X5. It's for 36 months 10k/yr. Details: MSRP: $78220 Total savings: 4040 Adjusted cap cost 78119.35 Proc/Doc Fee 485 Due at signing 1064.50 (plus MSD's described below) Residual value 46150 Total monthly payment of 1045. This includes 5 MSD's totaling 5250 I feel like this is an awful deal... Look forward to hearing from you all. Thanks |

You should be targeting 7-10% off MSRP before any incentives. I would say you have more room for negotiating.
Make sure the MF is 0.0013 or lower. That monthly payment seems high and your residual seems low. Aren't the residual rates for 10k/year at 60%? Last edited by Chem14; 08-30-2016 at 10:33 PM.. |

Good point on the residual. I'll get the MF from them as well. Does anyone know if there are any incentives out there I could utilize?
