Question on the My BMW build page.

Quick question,
I logged in to BMW track my vehicle page.. Has my vehicle but it's missing the 20"M wheels package...... Is this normal.? Or should I contact the dealer?

It's deff on my build production sheet he emailed me.

Plug in your VIN number in http://bimmer.work or bmwvin.com and it should list everything on your build sheet. More than likely the car that your dealer is using was probably originally built for their lot. They are just using that allocation for your build instead.

Yeah but it will still list the original build information... all 3 of my BMW's had options that were not originally requested like wood trim, leather color, automatic versus 6 speed manual.

When I was building my X5 it would constantly change the 20 inch rim to the 19 inch rim. It happened a lot, but in my track my BMW page it had shown the 20 inch 469 rim. I would contact your dealer.

My page didn't even update until the car was almost complete. The build showed so many options I didn't pay for. I thought I was getting free stuff! lol........I didn't get any thing free

Tracking BMW on BMW website for my recent build was wrong not just with timing of events but the options I ordered as well. I ended up speaking to sales advisor to confirm everything as is....He had most up to date info.
