Trim removal tip?

Does anyone knows how to remove this piece of plastic? I am trying to add foam tape so it can stop rattling. Thanks in advance.

Looks like there is a screw on #4. Other than that, seems just a clip holding them on.

How do you remove number 5? Seems like the original owner tried and broke bottom left clip. I tried pulling but I got a little scared and stopped.

I believe it snapped off no. 1 after you remove the no. 4 screws.

a non-marring trim removal kit helps a lot, too, instead of using screwdrivers and hard metal things to pry with. i have this one and it has served me well:
