I think we can talk now, it will be done by summer.

In addition to the oven it will have a gas grill, double side burner, sink, hot water heater, ice machine (150 lbs/day production), kegerator, and refrigerator, ohh, and a TV on a motorized arm that swings down from the ceiling...I've gone deep

I also put together quite a knife roll...its a sickness.

I want an Ice Creame Machine too, and not the kind you can get a target, I want the small commercial one (around $1300) and I almost never eat ice cream.

I also want a gas vertical rotisserie, I am going to put in a provision for one in my 'kitchen' just in case...

What's a knife roll? English is my fourth language so basically treat me as an illiterate idiot.

This stuff is what you absolutely need yo go through a day, my coffee machine cost me about 3k. We weirdos of the kitchens are an other breed.

The 30 bucks slicer I want is one of those things I know I'd never use. I like doing the work every day for each meal and thanks to my childhood I can't eat anything that looks bland or bad or industrially made. I just would try to take it for a spin and not eat the results which of course is something my hippie ass doesn't allow as an option.

Knife roll is just a canvas 'kit' that holds all of your tools, I went a little crazy with those too.

My wife has one of those coffee machines too, Jura Capresso something or other.

My husband sharpens all knives twice a month and I sharpen them every other time I use one since our kids use them too and I absolutely demand they are as shape as they can be for safety. Our kids and I cook lunch and dinner daily together and they've never even scratched themselves since a dinner can be an hour late but I demand they learn how to cut well safely.

There is a thread for foodies here, we should take our obsession there!

Love my Rancilio Sylvia, decent machine for the price. All our appliances are Miele.

Just makes sense to buy quality for something you use every day.

Yes, but you're ruining my thread guys! There is no way I'll ever say any kitchen appliance is not justifiable, but I started this thread so I wouldn't cut a boat in two!

Kitchen is the heart of a home. You have the heart you want.

That's idiotic. Why would the beans be in a can?

Lack of respect. They are green, you know.
They get a supervised release next year. Maybe a conjugal visit.

Just because you're cooler than me in every way doesn't mean you can be hairy and beautiful and amazing. (that didn't need to make sense.)

I killed the other thread you dug up with anal bleaching, this one will die because people go looking for that one.

Btw you done any ice racing?

For all the hard labor I do for this forum, I don't even get the ultimate appreciation of a ban.
