Poor Quality Carbon F15 part bought online

I have just received some Carbon M Performance parts today which I ordered online. To my disappointment I've found the quality to be very poor & I'm not sure if it's normal but front splitter seems to be joined together from 2 parts then resin covers the splitter.
The finish is dull in places. The rear side diffusers are in 2 pieces so I have to join them some how.
So I've learnt a huge lesson, you buy cheap online you get cheap.

Sorry to hear that. Could you not return the product and get a refund?

This is why i'm done with buying replica parts online UNLESS there are enough reviews out there that fitment and quality is perfect. Typically they are not and not worth the hassel no matter how cheap the parts are.

Let me say the place of purchase had a 98% rating and the images on the site looked great.
I will be returning for a full refund but I'm expected to pay the shipping costs.
Yes, a tough lesson to learn but I did do plenty of research before I decided to purchase.

What about the side vents see online for like 30 dollars a pair from
china. The pic shows X5m on them both in chrome and black.

What about the quality of those. Never seen OEM listed so figured
all from china

You can always buy from trusted source that has served the community.
China do business differently than others.
Some QC failed product are not being recycled, but still being sold as brand new.
If you ever buy SD card from Ebay or Amazon that is not a trusted source, you will get the rejected products which supposed to be destroyed but got leaked outside the factory.

Was wondering how could be so cheap. Thought maybe inferior material.
But not a high demand item, if would worth their while to counterfeit

[face palm] That's horrible quality for sure. I couldn't agree more on "you get what you pay for". You state these as being 'M Performance' parts...which they are definitely not. Chalk it up to a hard lesson learned. You're driving a luxury vehicle, why cheap out on parts / accessories?
