Hi all.
New member. Picking up my first bmw next week. It is a used x5m 2015 model. 75,000klms. Full service history and so on.
It has what i call the heating pack(steering wheel heated/rear heated seats).
I noticed the dash has a walnut timber finish and along the doors and rear doors its the same. So i was wondering if anyone can help with a couple of things
Can u get the catbin fibre inserts and is it worth it?
Can you add Android auto/carplay without changing the whole stero system.
It has the blacked out front grille which in not sure if it was standard or it was the chrome one.
Thoughts on this car in general??? Ive left a deposit and have a bank cheque ready to pay the balance or should i look at a 50i
Im in Australia and i know these weren't available with many extra options at all. Car pics attached.

Welcome.

Yes you can change out the interior trim to carbon fiber. You can get the OEM one but it's $$$. Search eBay.

You can also change your head unit without changing the whole stereo system. Search the forums. Plenty of threads on this.
