Front license plate holder screw size?
Before this starts turning into a don’t drill holes in your bumper thread let me preface this with the car was recently acquired used and already has holes in the bumper. The license plate holder was in the trunk with the 2 self tapping mounting screws for the holder to bumper. The screws for holding the license plate to the holder were not in the trunk and does not appear to be the M5 threads. Can anyone let me know what size screws to use to attach plate to holder? Wife wants to have front plates on the car. Since it already has holes and I have the holder I figured I would just reuse instead of buying something.

The ones that hold the State's license plate to the vehicle's plate holder...I believe they are a universal size...you can probably even get them from any Autozone/PepBoys/O'Reilly's/Walmart's automotive dept/etc. You can probably find them on eBay and amazon.com, too.
EDIT: I typed "US license plate bolts" & "US license plate fasteners" into a google search box and got more than enough results to make a good buy/decision. $1.66 (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Auto-Driv...SABEgL-xfD_BwE) $5.66 (https://www.amazon.com/Stainless-Ste...76137608&psc=1)
