@opasha, thank you. I just wish that someone making a better wheel balance weight, that shiny thing are an eye sore.
I have another brand of wheel in mind, a friend's business. So, I may switch the wheels.
But still debating.
It is a carmod syndrome that I have.
Haha, I know how you feel. Like you said to me earlier, it starts becoming an addiction . Every nice new wheel mod I see, I think to myself, "Wow, I wonder how those would look on my car." It's always great to see everyone's pictures .

Very nice X5.

But what happened to the P103 wheels from HRE? I've only seen them on your car at Bimmerfest, and they're are still not up on their site.

Not sure. It was a new design. Maybe not too many positive feedback on the P103.
I mean, it looks nice, but not on the F15 IMO. Maybe on the F07 or F10.

I really never liked aftermarket rims on a BMW, but those look really good.
Really nice taste you have.

Yea, unfortunately I have to get it refinished.
Yesterday the car wash place spray some acid to the wheels and screwed up the finish.
I am thinking to change to different finish, but still debating. (Again!!!)

I hate that about your wheels. Seems like no one pays attention or takes pride in their work anymore. Is the car wash place paying for the damage?

They said they will. Still waiting for the manager to give me a call.

Wow, Ben, that's terrible . I know how you feel though. Car wash places aren't as refined/careful as they use to be. It's really annoying. My brother washed his car in the Soft-touch car wash once and it caused light hood scratches all over his vehicle. He didn't notice until much later so he couldn't say anything regarding it to the company because there was no real proof (it could have been any other reason or car wash based on their argument).

If you change the finish, let us know, but your current wheels are still amazing.

Yea, this car wash is the place I used to bring all of my modded customer cars to to get washed.
I guess it has been a while they seen a modded cars (shrinking market).
But yea, the owner just called, he said that he will reimburse the cost to get it fixed.
Will pack the wheels and ship the back to HRE tomorrow.

Great car! Will be getting mine soon. r33, can you please give a brief review of the 3 brakes setup that was on your car (stock / M Performance / Brembo)? Been waiting a long time for it! Many thanks!

Yes, that's the spring setup that I've quoted and I've sold to a few of the forum members.

My apology, just saw this post.

Brief review:

Stock - Under powered for this 6000LBS car.

M Performance - Cheap and decent brake upgrade. Sufficient for to handle the 6000LBS car. This is how the F15 should've equipped with from the beginning.

Brembo - Expensive but way better braking than M Performance. It is 6 piston front and 4 piston rear. Compares to the M Performance 4 piston front and single piston slave design.

I am going to attend track day on Oct 7th organized by my local dealer at Willow Spring, and I will see it perform for the first time.
It may be the first non BMW owned F15 going on the track.

Just got a chance to park side by side to another F15 X5 in stock condition.
This is the picture comparison between stock height and my lowered X5 with RG Sport spring kit.
