2015 BMW X5 xDrive 35i Carbon Black with Black dakota leather, M Sport, Cold weather Pkg, Premium Pkg, Driver Assistance pkg, Driver Assistance Plus, Harman Kordan Sound System

Dealer: Bill Jacobs BMW, Chicago land dealer

MSRP: 69475
Selling Price: 63223 (9% discount from MSRP)
Team USA discount: 1000
Price Paid: 62223 plus Tax and Title and document fee of 168.
Asked them to beat Penfed rate which they did and gave 1.39% for 3 years

BMW has 1500 dollars incentive for dealers for this month to clear all 2015 X5.

Invoice minus 1500 incentive minus 1000 team drive event credit is very much possible give and take 200-300 dollars.

So i'm assuming, its possible to get 10% off MSRP, plus $2500.
Guys in NJ/PA, can you post your fees, except your monthly payment, so i can have an idea what they should be. Hoping i can pickup something this weekend.

The 10% and $1000 Team USA event is very much possible. The $1500 BMW to Dealer incentive is not advertised.

My calculations came to $745 including taxes for a 7% tax rate. BTW is this on a new order or in stock?

Pity that BMW doesn't have tool that lets the customers search new inventory country wide as they have for the CPOs. I'm trying to find something I like that's in stock to see if I can negotiate a good deal like some of you have.

Regarding the Team USA discount, do i actually have to attend in order to receive the credit? Can I just register and ask them for the discount?

Thanks

Try Autotrader. That should get you pretty close to what you need.

Off thread but after seeing momos750's posts, I also bought Leasematic for iPhone. It's $1.99 on the app store and worth it if you're shopping around for a lease.

Guys have been doing some research, and found this website, very informative.
this calculator is almost precise on lease price.. all you need to so is calculate your state tax by the monthly pymt, if your including it in your pymt.

http://www.hoopdi.com/index.php/car-...ase-calculator

Here is the other long way..
MSRP=
Final Selling Price =
1.MSRP x Residual Value =
2.Selling Price- Residual Value=
3.Answer from #2 divided by 36 = Monthly Depreciation
4. (Selling Price + Residual Value) x MF = Rent Charge
5.Monthly Depreciation + Rent Charge =
6. Answer from #5 x your state tax % = (this is only if you want to roll the taxes in).

I'm sure this calculation might be about a few $$ off your dealer quote, but is very close.

Thanks
Steve

I apologize first if my question sounds stupid. I'm new here and just went over this thread, it seems that most dealers who offer good price are from NJ or CA areas.

I'm in Dallas TX, I was wondering if I couldn't find a dealer who would like to give me a price match, is it possible I purchase from a dealer outside of the my state? Did anyone try that before?
