M Sport Steering Wheel

I absolutely love the exterior of the X-Line, but I cherish the M Sport Steering Wheel. Here are photo comparisons. Can I swap steering wheels?

I am sure you can for $$, look for someone on here who regrets the standard wheel and you may offset some cost, or sell on ebay

Msport wheel is the dogs! I've seen some advertised on eBay. Not sure how easy they would be to fit if you have driving assistant etc

Singh97: Installed M steering wheel on LCI X5 35i ( E70) with paddle shifters & appended pics, works like a charm.

Can I swap and then reinstall the original since mine will be a lease? How difficult is it? How much is it to have it removed and installed?
