starting some mods!
Ok... I am beginning to get bored. Time to start mods. I began with Black grills. then decided while figuring what set of Vossen's and what lowering kit I want, i'd paint the rims black.. loving the look till I get that figured out. I also have been working with a bud on wraps and thinking of wrapping the roof and back piece coming off the roof in carbon! if that goes well..... I may start getting crazy lol here are some pics. sorry for how dirty the car is I should be ashamed! the tint is 5% all the way around and tinted the front amber reflectors.

Carbon wrapped roof would be a nice touch. I've been considering the same. Love that dark blue colour. CF accents might set it off nicely. You know you'll have to do mirror caps and front lip next right? :-)

Haha! I know! I was thinking of trying the mirrors as well and if they don't turn out well just buy the ones from BMW as well as the front lip!

Awesome car, bro! Finally, a modder after my own heart, haha! Frozen Grey wrap would be so sick!! I have seen so many nice BMW's with that color, and it's absolutely gorgeous. Please show us your wheel choice so we can give you solid feedback. I noticed your kidney grills seem like a flat black. Is there a reason you didn't go for the high gloss? I thought they flowed better with metallic paint. Just curious - great job, buddy. Looking forward to more pics/updates

Ah, nice! The CV3s! I think those would look sick with your current paint, but even better with the Frozen Grey wrap. I found an e93 with Space Grey (I don't think it's frozen paint because I see some gloss in the reflection), but it has the CV3s in your color choice and it looks fantastic:
I think Frozen Grey would look even better with those Matte wheels. This is the closest thing I could find to a Frozen Grey on an SUV (X6): I personally think the new Chrome Shadow color looks amazing:

carbon black is amazing!
my opinion i would go with silver or gunmetal color rims so it stands out more. |

You should cover the rear reflectors up with tint film to complete the look. I love how the black looks blue under the sun.
I concur on swapping the fake grille to real ones. I'm having that done to mine next week. |
