I believe you get an option on the X5M to get smaller brake calipers to accommodate the 19" wheels.

Nice X5M!
Thank you! Mine is just an X5, M Sport line with some additional M Sport badging - not a true X5M

Haven't posted pictures in a while…

Got the spacers and installed them yesterday. It was late so I didn't drive my car much, but this morning I went out and whilst backing up, I noticed I could see my tires in my side mirrors.

Is it just me or are my tires sticking out a bit more than they should?

Ha. Yeah, couldn't quite figure out how to get those out of the picture. I'm the one with the Apple Watch.

And yeah, that's on the list. Along with:

Rubber mats
Tow hitch
And front tints. Might debadge too.

That is perfect. Some even asking for more than 15mm on the rear.
In fact I was using 20mm on my early 2014 F15.

I was mainly concerned due to the chamfered edge on the spacers sitting against the hub I thought perhaps they were not sitting flat or something since from the top they looked like there was a gap. I tried to slide some really thin shims into that space to make sure there was no gap, and I am now assured that they are indeed sitting flat and just the chamfered edge looking like a gap against the rotor.

Make sure that you torque the wheels to 100lbs/ft in star sequence.

Wait did you install spacers up front on your X5? Based on everything i've seen here only early 2014 model X5 could run spacers up front smaller than 20mm because of the extended hub lip. I tried to run 15mm H&R spacers on my 2015 X5 and the spacers could not sit flat against the rotor because of this issue.

Running spacers in the rear is fine without this problem. I've had 13-20mm in the back of my X5M and to me 15mm is the sweet spot for most wheels.

Yes I torqued correctly to 140 Nm assuming my torque wrench is accurate. I will re-torque after the 60 miles (I assume 100 km) as specified on the orange paper.

Yes, but I got the 5mm ones from Ben; my front hubs were slightly rusted and I couldn't find my steel brushes, so I ended up using a rubber mallet to flatten them against the hub. Then I ended up with a slightly smaller lip, but the wheels had no problems mounting onto those (though it was more work than the rear). I thought maybe if I didn't clean the rust there might be vibrations or something, but so far I have not encountered anything weird. I imagine since I didn't clean the rust removing the spaces will be a tad more difficult, but I don't plan on removing these spacers.

I got the 5mm/15mm combo as per the OP.

Looks good. More aggressive. You should see my rear view of my 335/25's out back!

Yes I agree

Let's see some pics!

Since now I can see my tires, means no way I'm curbing again! I tend to park as close to the curb as possible (both courtesy and mostly because I don't want to be the one side swiped). One of my neighbors parks three feet from the curb.

Here's a few. Granted mine should tuck in a bit when I lower on V3's.
