What's your score ?

What is your ecoPro +miles score ?
Best I did was +5.8mpg on a 350 miles trip maybe I drove 200 before refueling and resetting the score.

x5 50i, eco+, 18.5 mpg, 295mile trip, US East Coast. 19inch Pirelli rf winter tires lol (Tread is @4, I'll need tires soon). my mpg was 8, I had the crankshaft ventilator hose replaced, all new spark plugs, and a boost hose #1 replaced. Since then it gets up to 18.5 now!

The best I've seen on 80 interstate/20 city is +9 miles. I just got 500 miles out of a full tank which I assume is 20 gals, which is so means I got 25 mpg on last tank. Can anyone confirm how many gals a 35i holds?

Hmm wonder if the diesel gains more in EcoPro than others, swear I got +7ish after a few hundred miles and the wife once got +5 from one day of her 150 mile commute. Avg is more than 29mpg over its first 12k miles.

It is actually 22.4 gallons (85 liters). Regardless, tank capacity isn't necessarily an indication of how much you consumed unless you ran it dry.

Now I'm confused...20 or 22.4 gallons? I ran mine as close to empty as I feel comfortable (indicator listed 5 miles until empty) and filled it up and it took right at 20 gallons of gas. Are you saying I still had 2.4 gallons to play with?

More then 133Miles Saved with Eco-Pro Mode...Really only use Eco-Pro when I'm going on long trips and the drive is mostly freeways.

Otherwise I usually drive in Sports Mode and get somewhere in the high 20s/low30s.

It's been a while since we took this trip out west but I want to say I got more than 800miles out of one Tank. After fill up it even said I could go over 900miles until I had to fill up again lol...

22.4 gallons. The indicator isn't reliable for "empty" as I have driven easily 15-30 miles on -- miles left. I ran mine dry once, I filled it with 22.3 gallons.

It isn't top secret, BMW list 22.4 gallons as the fuel tank capacity on their website.

Thanks for the insight. Something else that isn't top secret is the damage that can be caused to the fuel pump running it totally dry of gas.

The special mode that helps to get to a gas station when your tank is almost empty. Not sure what are those numbers guys talking about.
