Panic button

Lost my car in the airport parking lot...I know, I know...stupid. But it was a long week. Anyway, I tried to hit the panic button on my key fob...nothing. Once I found my car, standing next to it, I tried again. Still nothing. Is there a setting I have switched off or something?

Were you holding the panic button or just briefly pressing it?

Hold the remote to your chin or head, and you get an extra 50-100 ft of range. Not joking.

Holding the fob against your chin does work... I used to do it all the time before I had comfort access.

Garage List
I think you have press the panic button for like 5 seconds for it to activate to prevent accidental pressing.

+1
Press the unlock button while pressing the remote under you chin. Hot the panic button by accent over the weekend by accident and thought it was the neighbor's house alarm because it was so loud.
