8 to 12% off MSRP is my rule of thumb for an X5, X6, 5, 6, 7 series. Just took delivery of my F85 at 10.5% off MSRP. Was a special order vehicle, not dealer stock.

So to be fair $65,600 is about what you should pay as a sales price on a vehicle with that MSRP.

At what point do I ask for the $1,500 USAA and $1,000 Purchase Credit? After the 7-10% discount?? Going in Tues. and need my "stuff" in order!

If you are referring to the USAA Car Buying Service credit, there is a coupon you print out from their website and that comes off at the very end. I did that when I bought my F30. Are you financing through USAA? They have special rate discounts as well if you finance through them, but you have to use their Car Buying Service to get the rates I believe.

Purchase Credit will be included in any agreement, so before. USAA can be done after.
