It's easier if done from the get go. No paint fade or other super stuck tape to deal with.

First thing I do when I get a new car is removing all letters. Even licenseplate frame should be without letters. Clean!

I usually debadge all my vehicles (and not because I buy the smallest engine, but cause I think it looks cooler).

With that said, my 991 911 Turbo S has all of its badges intact. I did not do it at order phase and I'm kinda scared to do it now.. like if I'm gonna do something to the paint

Dental floss, hair dryer, and rubbing alcohol. You will not hurt paint.
