Haha, yea, one of the best OEM options so no doubt people would hold on to them. A few FS posts popped up within the past few months in the classified section so keep an eye out

I have a winter set of OEM 20's and a summer set of 21" 599M's.. the 21's look way better, this is a big vehicle and the 20's look too small IMO (some might argue 22" is the best looking, but no OEM options in that size).

Doubtful you'll find any better deals than the one linked above. You might find cheaper, but no tires included.

Eibach pro kit, 1 inch drop in front, .8 in back as I recall. It's moderate but noticeable, which is all I wanted. There's other options if you want to go lower. Spacers are 5mm front, 15mm rear, which is pretty standard for OEM 20/21" setups.

I got everything from Ben at RGSport, who's one of the sponsored vendors on this site.

99% certain you can't run 10 or 12mm front spacers on the F15 with OEM 20/21" wheels - can't recall the reason but that's what Ben has said over and over on this forum. The 5mm front does improve looks a bit (especially after lowering it) but 10 or 12 would be better, if you could pull it off. Jumping to 15mm front... people have done it, but you start to get some wheel poke at that point, which I personally don't care for.

I guess those could be 12/12 in the event they aren't OEM wheels and the offsets are different from OEM? If they are OEM wheels I'd have to believe the rears are 15 or 20mm to be that flush.

Yep, I have an E90 M3, planning to keep it forever

Me too I have an E93 M3 love it!

Do you have rear air suspension? Mine came with the third row seating so it’s on air in the back I wonder if that will affect me lowering it with springs…

Also how come you picked Eibach over H&R springs?

No, I have the standard suspension. I think you need springs in front, end links in the rear.

Check out this thread and send a PM to Ben @ RGSport, his posts are all over this thread, he'll respond back quickly with lowering options for your X5.

https://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...ht=lowering+X5

I chose Eibach as I have them on my M3 and really like the conservative drop and un-compromised ride quality. H&R springs don't have a great reputation, at least on this platform - choppy ride w/ a lot of unfavorable reviews.

Thanks for the info where is the best way to get a hold of him through here? Or Instagram?

I hope it’s not so complicated to do since I have the rear air suspension

You have more pictures of yours? Looks so good!

His profile page is linked below. There's a 'Send Message' option sorta hidden in the gray banner, click that to send him a personal message. He's super helpful and can provide every lowering option based on your spec, and yes there's options to lower an X5 with rear air suspension.

Feel free to PM me your # and I can send more pics, that way I don't fill up this thread with pics of my X5
