I run Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 SUV 20" non-run flats, and I love them. Good wet and dry performance, quiet and (relatively) hard wearing

I'm running the same setup and I have Pirelli P-Zero run-flats. Almost 22K miles on them and the wear bars are still below the tread. I'm expecting 28-30K miles out of them.
To me, they have proven to be a much better tire than the Contis RF on my last X5 sport. While I did get an amazing 36K out of those, they started talking and making lump-lump sounds around the 15K mark. The shoulders were also soft and prone to feathering and raised flares from hard on/off ramp adventures. The Pirellis have been quiet (although road noise is increasing with age), grippy, and compliant thus far. My plan will be to buy another set when these are toast. Oh and the Pirellis also come with an included road hazard warranty. They will replace with a brand new tire an compensate you based on proration minus shipping. Tire Rack helped me facilitate this with call tags for return shipping of the damaged tire. All in, Pirelli covered $280 of a $4xx tire. Pirelli is the way to go if you are sticking with RF. As mentioned don't know your needs or the continent, but another thumbs up for TireRack. Have benefited from their free roadside insurance multiple times. Would not buy tires any other way.
Will purchase Continental DWS 06s soon b/c car came with Pirelli summer runflats, can't run those through winter.

Opting to go with a non-runflat tire opens up a much broader category to choose from including other all-season tires. However, I'm not sure I ever understood why someone would explicitly buy a performance setup (20" + staggered) and then settle on a comprise all-season tire. If driving through winter truly is a factor, then I'd buy a proper winter wheel/tire package. My old E36 M3 had summer tires and I never had an issue driving in the snow.... |

We didn't explicitly buy the 20" staggered, just happened to come on the best car we found. Need to go all seasons unwelcome complication but unavoidable since summer tires shouldn't be driven in sub 40 degree weather. Plenty good enough tire for wife's car. OEM donut spare will take care of any flats.
To each his own, things for OP to consider.
