Some love for the XLine!

We've had our xDr35i since 2018 and have kept it bone stock. After treating us so well for 90k+ miles now, we decided it was time for some simple mods.

First was an aero kit (front lip + rear diffuser):

Rear diffuser looked empty without MPE...

Clearly can't figure out how to post photos with the right orientation, hopefully next time. That's all the mods for now, thought I'd share!

There are OEM and aftermarket options - it's the aero kit for non M Sports. I went aftermarket and the fitment is great.

Fellow XLine’r here, nice touches! I’ve been torn on this kit , but you may have just convinced me.

Glad to hear I could help! I've had the kit for maybe 2 years now, torn on what to do. Finally pulled the trigger and installed lol

Let me know if you need help getting the kit!

Do you mind sharing where you got it? I've been looking for the front, but they are out of stock everywhere I look.

Are you looking for OEM or aftermarket?
I have extras of both - they're always in and out of stock, so I picked up extras

Awesome! In the cabin, it's very slightly louder than stock I'd say. Sounds like the original muffler when the valves are open, like on a cold start. Outside, it's noticeably louder, but nothing that would cause any unwanted attention. The YouTube clips I watched before buying it made me think it would be too loud, but not the case. I recommend it if you want a little bit more sound, but whether it's worth the $1k is up to you!

The instructions say to remove the front bumper I believe, but I was able to do it without removing it. If you're comfortable taking the front bumper off, there are a few Youtube videos.

However, I did it by removing the first few rivets from the fender liner and the lower mud guard-type plastic on each side to get the lower section off. I think it took me 1.5 hours or so playing around with it - wish I made a write up!

I have original lip and center insert in the imperial blue metallic color, but I am in California. Part number is 51117397413, but you should verify it on realoem.

Thanks for the reply, bro. Is the OEM middle silver piece from the xline a different part number? Seems like it, maybe https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...l/51117397413/
