Sounds like they sell you pirated copy of ISTA, you can download it for free.

Google "Bmw ista download". Service and repair procedures are in that.
Enter vin when in program, then you'll see manuals

There is no free version, its not for sale since this is internal BMW tool, but if you google and ask at the right place its free.
