IND Experience
Hi, new owner here. I picked up my Sapphire Black X5M about 2 weeks ago now, and after searching the forum I found that IND had some parts I was in the market for and even better, they are down the street from me (OK, maybe 15 minutes).
Anyhow, I communicated with Cat over at IND in regards to some parts that I wanted, and how I wanted to see if they could install them for me. My Friday appointment arrived and lo and behold I have my two kids with me (last minute babysitter issues). So I take them along with me and am created by Jesal and Nate over at IND. They invited me in, invited me to look around, and my 4 year old was blown away by all the awesome vehicles that were in the shop. Not only was I blown away by their facility, but by the experience. These people know what they are doing and are good at it. They also know how to treat customers. Not only did they drop me off at my house and pick me up after the vehicle was done, but they were so courteous about it (thanks Jesal). They are going to see my X5M and I more often. I'm sure many of you have already dealt with them, but since it appears there aren't too many X5M owners around this area, just thought I'd give them a shout out and tell them they are doing a hell of a job. See you soon IND! RMR |

Nice to hear. I have dealt with them over messages and on the phone since I live in metro Detroit and they have been great. They have ordered all the parts i have wanted, shipped them well packaged, and the attention to detail has been excellent. My dealership and I have been working with them for about three years now and I would not hesitate to contact them for any customization. Nate in particular has handled most of my orders.

Beautiful truck, no doubt!
Did you custom order this with the satin roof rails?

Here are a couple photos of the most recent modifications. Carbon console trim, Gloss Black hood and trunk roundels, and Gloss Black trunk emblem.
Thank you for stopping by again, and sorry we didn't have a chance to wash it!
