Snowboard roof rack. 2016 X5M

I'm looking for snowboard roof rack options. The oem rack can only hold two boards and skis. None of us ski so I'm looking for something that can hold at least 4 boards. If oem is the only option then I will go that route. Figure I ask here before dropping 5 bills on it. Thanks!

I ran a WhisperBar WB300 that would hold 4+ (depending on width) boards easily. It's low profile, never made noise, has solid hardware and matches the finish of the OEM roof bars. I'll be mounting to my X5M shortly.

How do you attach the rack on the roof of the X6M? I was surprised to see no spots on the roof to click the rack on?!

Bringing back this thread. Looking racks and whatever else is needed to mount. Looks like the rails are installed on the car but figured j need the cross bars and actual racks.

Can anybody direct me on parts needed. I will need something that holds 4 boards

This mounts to the OEM cross bar channel. You can flush mount or use the pictured riders.

To be clear, you need the OE cross bars (or similar) and this, or any comparable, ski/board holder.

I haven't been able to find anything even at BMWNA for an OEM roof rack. What am I missing? Not looking for ski/snowboard support but a kayak, and maybe some other options. Thx

You just need the F15 cross bars- then add any accessories you care for (kayak holder, ski holder, etc.).

Here's my set up:
