Seems like they are feeding everyone the same old story......No idea how these guys are staying in business.

Give them a drop dead date and if they miss it tell them you are telling the bank to reverse the charges.

I would do what Alan suggested. If you really want them, give them a deadline and if they don't meet it, tell them you want a FULL refund due to not being able deliver the product in their quoted time frame. If they give you trouble you can file a charge back.

hey guys, sorry to start the post again. i found it from another connecting thread. so i placed my gthaus SUS-SGT 2x83 order 10/2017 and its now 6/2018. thats 8 month of waiting for my exhaust and mid pipes. i called march, april, and may with promises its coming next month on the boat order and still nothing. im getting a little angry of calling each month and still not getting an ETA answer.

Hey buddy I just saw your post is only 3 months old I'm from the f06 forum and there's nothing about GThaus. I'm just wondering have you received your exhaust???

Buddy you can always dispute it. I wait from nov 2017 till June 2018 for nothing. Just call your bank and let them know you didn't receive anything for half year
