Maintenance Packages

I recently bought an X5 CPO and I was offered a "BMW full maintenance upgrade" plan. It covers all factory required maintenance. It costs $2495 for 72 months/100000 miles or $1560 for 60 months/75000 miles. Anyone here taken this plan before ? Is this a fair deal ?

This is from a BMW dealership affiliated with Autonation.

If the full maintenance upgrade cover brake pads/rotor, the 60 months/75k miles for $1560 will pay by itself. You may need two rear brake service and one front brake service at 75k miles plus yearly or 10k miles service.
