It's a relatively safe spot as there's no wind pressure.
The area is 1.5", and covered in tape. But it does curve on its edges, so I need to monitor.
Will probably add betalink, just in case.
This thing glues like a rock.. Impressive!

I feel like water is just going to collect on that "spoiler" like crazy. Also never seen one of those before. Roof one yes but not the tailgate one. Does it slope at all? Can't tell.

Feels like a rock at the moment, but no major rain yet.
Did go through automatic washing but did not collect water.
No softness.
Will keep an eye on it and apply betalink most likely on the gap.
Its "horns" are not tight to rear windshield, so water can escape.
Slope is slightly upward.

Hey man, congrats on your M Sport conversion!
I also decided to go that way. Just got M Sport rear bumper and I was wondering if I need some extra parts or I can just swap it? I currently have usual 50i non M Sport bumper. The bumper I bought came with trapezoid tips from M Sport - so I'll weld them in at muffler shop. I was more worrying about some extra ducts or something - nothing like that needed for rear bumper correct?

Congrats! In rear, you need two airducts, rear reflectors and tow hooks.

-Mount For Bumper Corner Rear Left - 51 12 8 054 019
-Mount For Bumper Corner Rear Right - 51 12 8 054 020
-Reflector Left - 63 14 7 847 591
-Reflector Right - 63 14 7 847 592
-Tow hook left - 51-12-8-062-757
-Tow hook right - 51-12-8-062-758

Front is more complicated. Got the list if you need them, plus a couple of free airducts that were redundant and closed corner grills.

Thanks so much man! I'll start with rear bumper - this should take me couple months (exam session again). I'll ask you about front bumper when I'll get to it. Thank you!

Oh man, I was seduced by the dark side. Guilty as charged.

I just stumbled upon M Sport kit already painted AW taken off from a lease return car. I couldn't pass it man. Paid $1000 - which is a fantastic deal for an oem kit.
That been said I'm just going to do rear bumper for now. I like my non M Sport front bumper with Aero kit! So I'll have a Frankenstein with M Sport rear bumper and non M Sport front.

Oh man, I didn't know that! You contacted him too? I asked him about if it's still available and he said kit was available and I can come pick it up. He seemed like a good honest seller. He has a rim warehouse - pretty impressive, they had hundreds of rims.
