This just showed up today. Hagens Berman law firm filed this for X5d and 335d manufactured between 2009 and 2011. So far nothing for F15 atleast.

Fingers crossed for our F15. If they find the F15 affected....I wonder if BMW will do what VW did with buybacks? :-O
