Bad gas mileage after vanos solenoid replaced
Last week I was getting drivetrain malfunctions and stalling on startup so the dealer replace the vanos intake solenoid but now I’m getting worse gas mileage. For everything I’ve read I should be getting same or better.
It’s a 2015 35i with 37k Before 18 mpg hwy/city After 14.5-15 mpg hwy/city Anything else I should look at? Or just take it back in? Just had air filter and oil change done as well |

loose vacuum line somewhere that the dealer forgot to plug back in maybe? but that should have an audible "suction" noise or whistle in the engine bay when ur driving around.
