HELP NEEDED- BUYING X5 - Autocheck Report

Does the report below look like the report of a car I should buy? The multiple reports at auto auction are making me suspicious. According to this car's carfax it was sold when it had 15000 something miles but no title was issued so Im assuming a dealer bought it but then how has it been driven upto 23000 miles?
