How much of a discount can I push on this custom order?

Hi folks,
Long time lurker but first time poster!
The info on this board has helped me tremendously in making a move on an X5.
I truly appreciate the Bimmer wisdom coming from you all!
My wife and I are relocating from Los Angeles to West Bloomfield, MI. and have been in touch with some of the dealerships in the Detroit area for a custom build. I haven’t started the haggling process just yet and was wondering what a reasonable discount could or should be.
This will be a cash buy and the best offer/quote so far has been $ 66,000 “out of the door” for the following:
-2018 BMW X5 xDrive35i AWD
-Luxury Design
-Premium Tier/Premium Package
-Space Grey Metallic
-20” Y-Spoke Wheels, Style 451 with performance run-flat tires.
(Will swap factory run-flats with all season non run-flat Michelin
PPS tires at delivery)
-Black Dakota Leather
-Poplar Wood Trim
-Dynamic Handling Package
-Multi-Contour Seats
-Heated Steering Wheel
-Space-Saver Spare

Any thoughts on this?
Thank you all in advance.

Suggest you look elsewhere too.
There are better, albeit used, options on this forum.

Welcome to the area! I'm guessing you've been to Erhard, good luck with them. I spent about 3 month "working" with them to find my CPO X5. Needless to say, they are high on price, low on trade-in value and don't want to haggle too much. Hence why I picked up my car in Chicago. LOL

Service wise, they've been great! I can recommend a great service guy if you want.

But, if you find a car before the end of the month, I've good some program cash I can only use at their dealers. I'm not gonna use it and it expires end of month, I can transfer that to you. I think it's about $250 towards a new or cpo vehicle. I'd rather see someone use it.
