$2k Holiday credit

I received a notice that starting November 1st there is a $2k holiday credit rolling out. Does that apply to the new x5 as well?

You'll get $1000 loyalty back for the X5.

Nevermind, I found the answer:

*The up to $2,000 credit is applied against MSRP of final purchase, not title, tax, destination or handling charges. Credit allowance varies by model, through 1/2/14. Credit of $750 available on 2014 3 Series Sedans, 3 Series Gran Turismos, 3 Series Sports Wagons, X1 and X3 models. $500 credit available on 2014 320i and 320i xDrive Sedans. $1,000 credit available on 2014 5 Series Sedans, 5 Series Gran Turismos and Z4 models. $1,250 credit available on 2014 X6 models and $2,000 credit available on all 2014 6 Series and 7 Series models.

Anyone have reason to believe they would change the happier new year event to include the X5 in the December program? I'm assuming they won't..

Agreed ... probably not but they may add the incentive to push end of year sales in December (which begs the question why not include the X5 starting in November)....

exactly. I'm hoping they add it or compensate elsewhere, but like you said, why wait until December instead of just including now... Then again, our cars may not make it here before 1/2 anyway

Yeah I hear ya - I'm looking at early February most likely - delivery to CA from SC will probably add another week

I guess the bright side is that any new incentives would still be applicable when we take delivery ...

True. When I ordered my 335, same time of year, it came in after the holiday credit expired (I was locked in anyway), but the January promotion was better even without it. Only by 2 bucks, but still... Better not worse.
