advice for low mileage 2014 f15 50i tuned

am thinking about getting back in a BMW, i moved to a new house and its futher away from my work location right now i drive a 19 S4 looking to get into a more comfortable vehicle for the long commutes to and from. Im older and feeling quite sore every week.

I did have a 16 x5 35i years ago so am familiar with this platform.

here is the model in question https://www.409performance.ca/invent...r6c58e0j72114/

really low mileage price is negotiable contacted the dealer, no accidents, 42000kms or 27000 miles.

Only thing is its been tuned so im not sure how i feel about that i know n63tu been reading is good if you do frequent changes and change out spark plugs coils quicker.

It appears as per carfax no work has been done on it only been having usual BMW complementary servicing. So everything is original...

Or should i find a 2020+ x5 40i instead? Thoughts?

That M50i badge on the hatch is instant no for me.
Looks like a project car/garage queen, someone wanted X5M but was unable to afford one. Your choice, but I personally don't see a point in buying 10-years old V8, unless you plan to also use it as a project/sunny weekend car. Even mileage is low it is still 10 years old, rubber dries out, oil leaks, plastic cracks etc etc etc.
