I have the Stealth Hitch, and so far very pleased with it..
When it's attached is it nice and tight, ie no play? Does the connection somehow remove any play in the system?

It sure does!
Very solid connection and none of that very annoying movement and bangs, like regular square receivers have, when braking or accelerating.

Hey guys. Have an Invisihitch on my 16 F15 and went to attach the mount this morning and everything feels seized and rusted. Put some oil on it but the plastic turn handle broke off. Everything still feels seized inside and wondering if anyone else had similar experienced. I've only had it on for a couple years so not very happy that it rusted like it has and apparently seized inside. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks. Yeah

I don't know how the Invisihitch is made, but my StealthHitch has a stainless steel block, holding the mechanism.
I believe you have a similar design in regular steel, and the block itself is removable without taking the complete hitch off..
Might be a pita reaching the bolts, but if possible, should make it easier to work on it.

For the plastic handle, unless it is something generic, you might have to find someone with a 3D printer.

Since the company is out of business, I don't know how to get parts either. I tried the company (Stealthhitches) since it was started by one of the old Execuhitch founder/partner/etc. , but no luck. I tried to get the bike hitch

You can try to contact them maybe the lock are the same. Let me know if you are successful in getting parts.

Also let me know if you guys ended up with unusable bike hitch. I'll take it off your hands; until mind seize up also!

Good luck.

Invisihitch

I purchased the Invisihitch in 2015 for a 2013 BMX X5. My experience with the company and the product was very good. Unfortunately, I recently had any accident in my 2013 X5 and I am looking at a 2014 X5. I tried contacting the company to see if the hitch will work on a 2014, plus a few questions about the wiring harness, but cannot seem to connect with them. Are they still in business? Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Invisihitch is out of business, as far as I know. I bought my hitch from Stealth. I bought the bike rack and tow hitch from them so I'd have them.

They have wiring harnesses both active and passive that would work with any hitch.

Extra Invisihitch parts -- Free

Hi,

I sold my 2014 F15 X5 in December and have all the hitches that came with it and a few extra's. I am in the Bay Area if anyone wants them. Local pickup only though. Sorry they are so dirty in the picture. I have sense hosed them off. Only one was actually used.

I also have a nice set of towing mirrors but I might ask for $$ for those.

Anyone here happen to have an extra Invisihitch receiver block you want to sell? Mine is starting to get some slop in it (a very small amount). I'm thinking about trying to replace it.

Anyone knows a receiver capacity for Invisihitch rack-only package? I think it's 600 lbs?

But I feel like putting a 465 lbs bike on a rack like this is a bad idea...

Never mind, it's limited to 270 lbs for X5 due to the weight distribution limits anyway.

My mount is seized as well and I can't turn the handle to save my life. Any idea how to deal with that?

Vice grips. They will clamp onto the metal cylinder. Long term you can drill through the cylinder and install a dowel so you have a handle.

To remove the frozen attachment- hammer it. It’ll loosen.
