OK...So spent a few hours bombing around in the snow...Wow what a night and day compared to my 2012 E70 M-sport. The refinement is stepped upped drastically. Throttle response is spot on. Sounds great, very comfortable, Almost more comfortable then my 13 750i.
Once I break it in ill push it a little harder to see what it can do. So far iam very pleased with the purchase. looking forward to the next 39 months with this thing. None of you will be disappointed with the 50i. Happy driving |

Man, I'm going to be very torn between 35d and 50i....Owned an x6 50i and loved it - sounded awesome...And I loved the torque of the diesel on my E70 too - but it didn't sound nearly as sexy at the V8

Thanks for sharing your insight. If I recall some auto magazine reviewers stated that there was hesitation from a dead stop. Great to hear otherwise. As you stated previously, on your delivery date lots of snow was promised. I see you made the most of it hours bombing about in the snow. Did you see anyone doing donuts? |

In Canada, the MSport package contains the Adaptive M suspension so he has that at least. Only option would be Dynamic Adaptive Suspension which I'm also curious to know if found that to be worthwhile.

This wasn't a BMW option here in canada. I purchased a set of 20 inch tires and had them mounted prior to delivery...anyone can do this.
I have 20 inch M sport rims on my 750i as well. I don't under stand why people put on shitty smaller rims in the winter. Here in Canada winter ishalf the year, Might as well have my cars look good all year round.....The shoes should always match the suit!! |

Very nice, I do wonder if the side opening on the rear of front fenders will be a pain during the winter months as the wet slush and wheel spray may continually find its way through the opening and leave never ending residue down the front half of the vehicle ? maybe some kind of a filter panel can be placed in the opening?. It seems as though the lower rocker panel has been reshaped so as not to get the back of your pant leg all covered in road pick-up as one exits the vehicle, the previous M sport side skirt design is a bit of a bugger.

Thanks! Better to get the tires yourself & get the dealer to install them rather than to pay their mark up!
