Thinking about going this route but I saw in the other thread you swapped out to the KWV3. Anything in particular that you didn't like about the springs?

excellent. i aiming for an oem+ look without sacrificing the factory ride for the passengers.
if i can get an inch lower in the front and about 3/4" in the rear reduction i would be complacent if it did not turn the vehicle into a pogo stick.

Go with AC Schnitzer spring if you have self leveling.
The best setup for the ride quality with decent drop.

About 1" all around.
But rear is adjustable link on self leveling, so you can adjust it to your liking.

If my X5 is already lowered on H&R's, with their rear links, do I need to buy new Eibach rear links if I want to swap out my H&R springs for Eibach's? I find the H&R's very very bouncy, so for ~$250 I'd love to swap to Eibach and compare.

I'm lowering on ACS with self-leveling. Stance is good...I wish it was a tad lower, but to me this is how the X5 M Sport should've shipped from factory (especially with the wider stance - 15mm/20mm spacers).

Are you able to source the ACS set?

Excellent. That is what I am trying to achieve. Spacers would be installed as well but I was thinking 10/15. Do you have any photos of your vehicle or a link?

PM'ed.

Spacer, can't go anything thicker than 5mm or slimmer than 20mm on the front. Unless you are sure that it will clear the hub shoulder.
For the rear, 15mm is the minimum.

i am confused. i have oem 21" wheels if i keep them i would like to install spacers but only improve the fitment with a minor adjustment outward. ideally 5-10mm front and 15mm rear.

Read the spacer thread, I have explained everything there.

car sits at 31.15" from ground to fender on oem 20" wheels. in the pics i test fit the 22" wheels to see how they look. very happy with the results

I ordered a set from Baan Velgen. Did u have to program the rear air suspension at the dealer when u had them installed Lucas?

Does anybody have pics with Eibach drop on x50i non self leveling, so with 4 springs?

All the threads I’ve found I believe have the rear links. To me the rear is more in need of a drop than the front and 0.6” rear is what’s listed for eibach - afraid of spending all the money on install etc and not notice a real difference.

Ruling out H&R as I want to maintain as close to stock ride as possible.

Check my instagram. I took a few of the pictures after installation, I just don't remember which one is which.

I'd prefer Eibach since it's much cheaper.

I like the look of that, subtle but noticeable. As I've posted before 0.6" drop in the rear seems like almost nothing for the price, but it looks good in that pic if ACS does mirror Eibach drop.

It have the same drop.
And behaves similarly.
I am 90% sure they are made by Eibach, but not sure if they are exact identical spring rate.
