I don't know which light you're talking about. Can you possibly post a pictures of the driver side light and passenger side light that's not working?

Do you mean the white gradual roller that looks something like the cell phone signal bars? Or are you talking about the gradual roller that goes from blue to red (or vice versa - depending on how you look at it) to fine tune the air temperature? Regardless, they should all be back lit. If yours isn't, take it in to dealer to get it fixed.

It's a quick fix. Maybe the harness wasn't fully seated or a pin is bent. The vent pops out quickly.

Personally, I wouldn't waste the time and effort taking it in for just that. I would wait until there's another problem that forces you to go in, or your first service. But that's just me.

Yeah. Exactly. You will leave with more problems and damage then you came with.

I noticed last night that neither my left or right driver/passenger vent "adjustment wheels" were backlit. The 2 center ones are, but the 2 side ones are not. Can someone confirm that they are supposed to be and that both of mine are broken. Thanks

Mine is the same as yours. The center ones light up but the far ones close to both windows aren't lit.

I got mine in November 2013 and it was only the center air outlet that have the backlit. The two on the sides doesn't have the backlit.
I guess that's how it supposed to be.

Just the two in the center lights up in my car. Built in November. BTW, the two center vents have a red and blue dots which light up but the side ones are only white dots. Not sure if they should light up or not.
