BMW X5 F15 Rev issues

Hello everyone, lately my BMW X5 F15 started to act strange (see the short video)

So when the gear shifter is in a drive position and I stop (let us say at a traffic light) and hold the break, the rev counter starts moving up and down and the car is jittery. If I put it in the park, it immediately stops.

It doesn’t happen all the time, but on every second ride or something.

No errors on the dashboard or anything.

Any idea on what can cause this issue?

Search here and YouTube for adaptive throttle reset procedure. You basically just hold the accelerator to the floor for a period of time.
