Sony LT for gaming

I'm looking to get a computer to fit in a small area and I've narrowed it down to the Sony LT.

Here's a quick run through of the specs

Processor: Core 2 Duo 2.4ghz (T8300)
Memory: 4GB
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 8400M GT
Hard Drive: 1TB
Drive: Blu-ray burner

Price $2,100

My only concern is the video card. Would it be possible to run games like CS:S and TFC2 on the higher setting, with respectable FPS? I've been also looking at the Dell M2010. Would it's ATI X1800 (mobile) be better for gaming? The M2010 only has a 1.8ghz processor.
