How much does MPPK(coding only) cost?

Dealer is going to charge me over CAD$2000 to install the software. How much did you guys pay for that? I am in Vancouver Canada.

$1400 - $1700 USD is what I am finding for the cost of the software and installation. So 2150 CD sounds about right...

MPPK requires and FSC code. It cannot just be done by anyone.

You can purchase from getbmwparts and bring the FSC code to your dealer, but risk of trying the find a dealer to install it.

I had to find a dealer that can install my MPPK with the FSC code I received, some were hesitant to take the work.

please do search on the forum. You can purchase from any dealer that will give you the lower price or even on eBay (what I did) there are forum member that could remote install it (I also went that way) mine total end up being less than $1000.

My actual cost of the software through my BMW dealer was $1050. The install, through the dealer, will be about $200 - so $1250 total.

Different things float different people's boats, but I don't want to spend much time trying to save $200 or so and still have the work of finding someone to code it for me / buy cables / whatever.
