New Release KW V3 Coilover

Application for F15/F16 X5/X6 w/o Self-Leveling w/o EDC

KW Variant 3: Race technology for the road, with adjustable compression and rebound dampening.
State of the art motorsport technology enables better performance on the streets. The independently adjustable compression and rebound dampening allows for cutom driving setups.
The exclusive KW patented system has dual level valves that allow for adjustment of the rebound dampening for your road comfort and the compression dampening that controls the driving dynamics.

KW Coilover Kit V3 BMW X5 (F15) without air suspension on rear axle, not equipped with EDC

Lowering
Front Lowering: 1.0" to 2.2"
Rear Lowering: 1.0" to 1.8"

Notes

02: Front height adjustable by threaded shock bodies. Rear height adjustable by adjustable spring perch.
08: Not for vehicles with automatic self leveling control.
67: Valving is adjusted by adjustment knobs, rebound is only adjustable if the top of the piston rod is accessible. This will depend on the design of the vehicle.

I have installed 1 locally.
I don't recall his forum username.

But it is the best suspension setup you can asked for non self leveling.

This is a way better setup than anything BMW has for the X5. DHP doesn't count cuz that includes active sway bars but KW suspension is a better option for handling than Adaptive M and airbags for handling.

But keep in mind it's still an SUV and not an M3/5. It's a heavy beast and rear comfort matters for passengers albeit not your problem! Lol

Lol well I have DHP and can tell you while it is the best thing f available for the X5 that's oem it's mostly due to the sways and differential.

If you could replace the airbags with this kit then add KW plus DHP would be money!

Pound for pound of weight - x5 with DHP can indeed corner better than 911. Now add some 2000lbs to 911 and let's see who will corner better Or alternatively remove 2000lbs from x5 and it will outperform 911 easily.
