Active Cruise Control with Stop&Go function

I have recently started looking for a 2014 X5 that has Active Cruise Control with Stop&Go function.

Is this option in a package, such as the Technology Package or is it a stand alone option?

Also, is there a webpage that lists all the available Packages and what options come with them? I have only found "ask your local dealer what Packages are available in your area"...
