Yep, BMS works well on the n63tu. Dyno sheets and vbox back it up.
We tried all the settings on Two different RC boxes on the n63tu with zero gain on the vbox. 2 other guys tested it as well with zero gains. A vbox or Dyno sheet for the RC on a n63tu that shows an improvement is not available. But, RC is still my favorite box on anything other than the N63tu. I have it on my S63tu and it is very smooth and makes great power. A tmap only intercept made by anybody is not going to work on the n63tu due to the DME design. The MAF table will override it. |

the 35i n54/n55 engines have always had the greatest entry level tuners out there. i remember my 2010 335i(last year of dual turbos) with the Cobb handlheld. insane boost pressure and peaks over 18. this thing logged a 3.4 0-60 on a cold winter morning. eventually had the wastegate rattle and i unloaded. But the most important thing was the ability to adjust engine parameters, and create custom throttle mapping. throttle mapping is hands down the most important aspect of a tune being driveable. i wish we could get a real "Tuner" or ECU for our n63TU...

I may be looking to do a Dinan stage 1, since the warranty is appealing. Since Dinan and Rc do to same thing, there is no piggybacking if I install the Dinan, correct?
