NBT EVO repair_rest pb camera and carplay

Good morning,
I had my NBT EVO repaired because I had done something wrong in SSH. I received my NBT EVO everything works except the problem with the interface of my cameras and carplay.

I no longer have the image from my front, rear, 360 and hitch cameras. I had saved my old FA, TAL, SVT. On the other hand, I realized that I was previously:

-HMI : HB-006.007.032

I kept my USB key with the activation of carplay + FSC file but impossible to reactivate it on the NBT.

I do not know what to do. I downloaded Esys v.3.30 and PSdZData v4.43.21 on my pc.

Can you give me the data to do this?
1- reactivated my cameras (front, rear, right and left side and 360)

2- reactivated carplay

I modified several options below under Esys via CAFD_00001EF6_006_018_014. But I still don't have the MENU with the camera on my NBT EVO.
I can't get that in the photo

If you dont have any retrofits you can just vo code and it should work. You can also flash the unit incase coding doesnt wotk

I coded the "VO" but I still don't have the cameras activated. I don't know how to flash and I don't want to do anything stupid. Can you help me ?
