Advice needed ASAP air intake and turbo coolant components
I have a 2016 X5 50i I had a leak on the coolant lines for the turbo so I need new parts for that as well as intake tubes that go from the air filters to the turbos as they were rotted. I would prefer to upgrade rather than using the same cheap BMW parts. Please let me know what you would do if this was your car.
Thank you for any help you can give me. |

Look up your parts on RealOEM… and go from there. I do not have a 50i…

Just to give you an idea, I've made my own intakes for the ///M, but the connector to the turbos on the 50i is different. Yes I need to clean the weld oxide.
The rest of the pipe looks the same, could be interested in customizing something up. How much would it cost to ship those failed turbo intakes to Brisbane, Australia, Postcode 4000. BTW, you may wish to reach out to Sophisticated Redneck , he made custom intakes for the E70 ///Ms, and the turbo side looks similar to yours. The rest of the pipe is diff because its going to a custom air box. Have a read of this thread, its on the page with SR's build and mines is on the last. https://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...1984522&page=2 Also in the thread Cbozz was thinking of doing a build in CF.
