Wow nice! Just wondering - is it proprietary BMW chargers or universal? Is it a office building or residential? I have no idea if chargers can share same type of plug/socket between different brands or each brand has to have it's own unique one?

Most people don't actively look at number plates when just driving around the city. Online, it's just an additional level of visibility. I blur mine out. Never know who might get upset, run my plate, and figure out my personal information. Not worth it.

Exactly. Also, IMHO social media nowadays likes to make a witchhunt out of anyone who was deemed inappropriate (someone will not like how you drive and there you have a first page news about reckless BMW driver that needs to be shamed everywhere in news, instagram, facebook etc lol). Next thing you know you are fired, wife divorces you, friends turn away, celebrities will say that you sexually abused them and so on (just kidding). They are worst than grammar Nazis

I believe you can not look up someone's plates to obtain personal information. Unless you're a cop.

Anyway, I blur them out when I can just to protect my privacy in the future. WHo knows 5 years from now what people can do with license plates. And I just don't want to have to worry about all these identifying pictures hanging around on the internet ... forever.

Not sure my thinking is right but it just seems to make sense to me.

100% stock my friend! I don't think I want to modify a single thing on this car.

It’s not something I really worry about. I had a cop come by last week looking for my neighbor because he backed in to a parked car and then drove off. A witness got his plates. Not sure what happened after that.

I just don’t see how posting it on the web is any different than driving down the road.

As long as the charger is a Level 1 or Level 2 and it of a certain plug type (J1772 image below) then it can charge anywhere. Some are free while others are paid. Sometimes some math is required to determine if paying is even worth it as it could cost more than gas.

I had a silver XC90 like that before the F15! Just zoomed in on the pic... they dangled the front bumper/fascia on the roof rails!

You know that's about to be an expensive repair bill for that owner...

The T6 (twin turbo) that we had went through transmissions quickly since it was a GM-sourced Pontiac FOUR speed! Was rock solid outside of that, but after the first tranny was replaced at 24K miles, I knew I'd trade it in after the extended warranty expired. F15 in '14 and haven't looked back.

I’m usually a bone stock kind of guy. If I’m feeling frisky, I might replace the grill with a black or carbon fiber one but that’s about it with me.

I prefer to build it how I want and not touch it!! In this case it was searching for it for the better part of 3 months to find the exact options I wanted in a CPO vehicle. Was definitely with the wait!!!
