Lease Deals Thus far?
Hey Guys,
I'm in the process of finalizing a lease on a x5m that's about to go into production. I'm buying through my usual BMW contact/dealer, getting a great deal I think as these guys are good friends of mine: 1K off a 110msrp, 5k down, buy rate, 36/10 at $1500 per month including tax. Just curious what other folks are getting? Again I think mines a solid deal just wanted to get a feel for what others are seeing. Cheers! Chris |

I think I got a great deal. The dealer took $6750 off of my sticker of $112,450. Lease is 1549.47 including tax. This is for a 36 month lease with 15,000 per year. Money factor is .00130 . $3136.66 due at delivery. Donning ton grey with black interior. I did not get the night vision or the full leather interior. Thoughts on the full leather interior?

Residual isn't as good on the M models, you won't get as good a discount for a while, and they're more expensive. I'd expect to pay $400-$600/month more for the M over the 50i. |

To those that are leasing the X5M, are you guys doing MSDs? It saved me about $100 p/m on my M5 payments. It was an $8k hit upfront (which I will get back) and it will save me $3600 over 3 years. Can't go wrong with that kind of return.

Also, some states let you do multiple security deposits that you should try to take advantage off, they reduce money factor by 0.00007 each so you can take the interest down by up to 1.18%.

My last year x6M residual was 57% on a 10k lease. 60% is great.

I pulled the trigger on the lease Got 1K off msrp, put me at 1500 per month 36/10. Only option I didn't go for was extended leather and night vision. Otherwise it's pretty loaded. Will be a good stable mate for the m6gc. Goes into production this upcoming week. Dealer thinks it'll be here by mid-April. Can't wait! Thanks guys, Chris |

Under invoice or msrp?
How are you getting under invoice on a car that hasn't been released yet??? Especially an //M that is backordered? Last edited by MonacoJoe; 03-10-2015 at 08:33 AM.. |

Plus he also took more off as a kind gesture when I lost my original allocation. He can afford to not make a profit on one vehicle. Back ordered or not, the dealer sets the price.

Did you use a broker? 7.5K down and another $5K off the MSRP, seems a bit high no? But you did get 15K miles per year.
