There are different instrument clusters, depending on your options. Did you order the Driver Assistance Pkg? If so, then the numbers should individually light up and be fairly bright. If yours are very dim, or even black, then you might have a faulty cluster. A picture might help, if you can post one.

Like myself, if you did not get the 6WA, you will only have a small rectangle digital display towards the middle extending only to the bottom right. With this display, the ODOMETER/RPM area does not light up during the day and only lights up orange during the night. This is mine, non-6WA:

Just call up companies that do this and see how you can go about changing it for your F15.

I'm inquiring about the coding before I pull the trigger to purchase it. Hopefully, we can find out if this is easy or not .

Install is easy to do it yourself. I updated the 6WB thread with the youtube video. I also talked to shawnsheridan about the whole install and coding process. It's really straightforward. The cluster install takes 5 minutes. I'll be looking into getting this sometime this week .

Are you asking about the 6WA to be coded or the 6WB to be coded to all white? As far as the 6WA, I'm pretty sure it's just changing bulbs, but I'm not sure.

Ha, found it! It's coding for Kombi. You just need to make the 6WA remain in daytime mode always. Here's a good thread that discusses the coding and details: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=662851 Here's the specific coding and information from the website I provided: To summarize, the KOMBI->3007 KI_Dimmung, 24->DIM_NACHT_EIN->werte=FF Changes your Instrument cluster to the bright daytime mode all the time. The roller switch to adjust brightness works for all interior lights (mood and HUD) but not the cluster itself (it just means that you cannot adjust the white display, but in my view it is not too bright). The Nav screen brightness can be adjusted via the slider in the CIC.
