exhaust options for sound (again)

did a search. couldn't find the relevant information due to a few issues: see below:

mainly, my options being in toronto are restricted, especially since i don't have the time, or the know how, to install these things.

so, speaking with a guy at pfaff tuning - locally reputable - they offered me the below:
note i only wanted a better / aggressive exhaust note, not more HP as the goal. if it comes, that's fine.

Dinan muffler - https://www.dinancars.com/products/e...rts/D660-0054A
Eisenmann Race -

Eisenmann Race -

Dinan and Eisenmann race -

to me, these all sound the same lol

any thoughts/experiences/suggestions?

i only provided the links so you can see what i've been offered...

thanks in advance.

From all the research I've done online and talking with forum members...

The Dinan will be slightly more aggressive than stock. The Eisenmann Race will/should be pretty dramatically louder than stock. A few members have said its the "loudest", but thats not to say its the best sounding (obviously opinions very on "best sound").
If you want a very aggressive loud sound, I would go with Eisenmann, but know you that you will have no ability to tone it down with valves. (deal breaker for me as we have small babies at the moment and nap/sleep ins priority #1)
All that said, I have no in person experience with these, so all of the above is second hand from members and lots and lots of Youtube clips.

Check out Fi. Sounds better IMO than Eisenmann and offers valve control. Downside is its more expensive.

Link to my fabspeed. Similar design to eisenmann. Full disclosure, I’ve never heard an eisenmann in person, so I can’t compare it.

Looking at the cars you owned i say the Race is for you. Ive owned both and (now have a Dinan) as i needed the valves for my morning start. W the Race its loud w cold start and much more aggressive (no valves)..drone is also liveable.

I'm rocking a Dinan axleback exhaust and it is perfect for me. It's noticeably louder than oem, I wanted the valve control since I drive clients around from time to time. I've had it for about 10k miles now and I can say its a bit louder now that when I first installed.

Based on my research, Dinan is the way to go if an enhancement over stock is the objective.

I’ll be in the market for one soon

+1 on Dinan.

It gives your X5M a more sporty but not obnoxious sound.

Through the help of this group, I feel I really found the best exhaust tone yet for this thing. I have the Dinan exhaust and VRSF Downpipes (Catless). At first I thought I ruined this truck... it sounded awful in my opinion..... like a honda with a tin can exhaust and terribly raspy. I got advice to try installing an x pipe to the exhaust. I had a local shop install one and HOLY CRAP!! I can't believe the difference a $150 x-pipe does. 1.) It sounds AMAZING. Low, no rasp, V8. It is not overly loud at all while normal driving, when you get on it..... sounds like a glorious, proper V8 with a combination of Jesus..... it is heavenly. 2.) After the exhaust explained the x-pipe and the vacuum it can create, I swear this car is more responsive.... could 100% be my own placebo effect, but I swear the response has increased a decent amount.. I am running the Bootmod3 Stage 2 but was prior to xpipe install as well
