Zaino polish: What now?
For those of you that have used and were happy with Zaino products, what are you using now? After almost 2 decades, I’m looking to try something different. I’m not ready to go with ceramic yet.

Have they fixed the smell of their leather cleaning products? They used to smell so good, like fresh leather. Then they changed it. I’m afraid to buy again.

I'm looking for suggestions in products to replace the zaino polish. I still like it but would like something even easier to apply and that has better water/pollen repelling qualities. |

I hear a lot of people using jet seal. Do you use any type of wax/polish first or just the sealant?
Chemical Guys have so many types of waxes and sealants (too many in my opinion), it is difficult to know what to choose and what products should be used in combination with each other. |

I use Jescar (ie Menzerna) power lock and follow up with collinite 845. This combo is amazing, it really gives it a nice deep gloss ,water beading/shedding is really good i could use a blower to dry my vehicle off and with proper maintenance wash it's quite durable sealant and wax.
This was an all out detail, took 16 hours within 4 day spread, this included washing 4x (to strip down all wax), full decontaminate including chemical ie iron, tar fallout remover and mechanical ie clay bar, 2 stage correction (as best as I could 85% correctional), multiple paint prep wipe downs, 2 applications of jescar powerlock, and 2 coating of collinite 845. Here's how it looks right after a full detail It's been almost 10 months since i've done applied car and is been thru the winter's salt and dirt I've been washing my vehicle 1x per month during the winter with foam cannop ph neutral soap, use a spray and wipe wax for maintenance is how your paint sealer last longer. Here's some recent shot after 2-10 months after Taken in october after 1000 mile road trip Taken in late feb, quick winter wash off Taken in april Taken in May This fall I'd probally will strip it down wash, iron decontaminate, quick clay mitt and reapply powerlock and collinite 845 again for this upcoming winter should be about 2hr job.
