The funny part is that the exact same part is listed for the same price just in Chinese yuan on Taobao (Chinese Ebay) and since 1 USD is 6.89 RMB……

Anyways I'm not digging the "flowing" ones since you usually only open the door for a second or two before you're in your car, you'll get bored of this after a couple times.

For me door sill lights fall into the tacky category along with the projector BMW logo lights that illuminate the ground upon opening the door. But screw what everyone thinks because in the end whatever makes you happy is what counts

I shared the full kit. I have never seen rear M performance sills on X5M before did you?

I contacted with the manufacturer in HK to get both Front and Rear set and was told that only X6/X6M comes with rear sills. Then i requested to make me a set and they said we cant do it. Later on i got another email saying that there is one display item which is not manufactured in bulk amount for X5 X5M. And they have only one in the factory. I said okay ship me the display unit. they shipped to me both of them in the same box.

It came with the original box from bmw with the sticker saying that made in Germany. I was pretty sure it was a replica, but i compared with oem sills and couldnt find anything different on front sills!

I actually requested to make them so i can list on my store. I am still waiting an answer from them since my IG account got at least 7 request for the full set. (theblackx5m). I will let you guys know!

The day i wrote this message them being available, i ordered them and they have not been shipped yet. I will update your status on website as soon as they re shipped!

I also add this item on my website once i found out they re available. So them being in stock means they re available to buy and exist. But No i have not got them yet and they re not in US yet.

I now have the OEM M Performance sill plates up front. Once I get and install these, I am happy to share how they compare with the OEM.
